Also more comercially known as Halloween or all hallows eve, Samhain marks the end of summers harvest and the bringing of winter.
Tonight on Octover 31st, the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead is at it's thinnest and it's a time to remember and honour ancestors (and animals) passed 🙏
You can add photos or keepsakes to altars and light candles in their name, as well as writing names and messages on paper and burning on Samhain fires 🔥

As the season gets going and the days become cooler, it's also a great time to incorporate essential oils with anti-viral properties into sessions too, either in the diffuser or blended into a massage oil for aromatherapy 🌸

Our skin also notices the change in weather too, often feeling drier or dull, including a facial massage in treatments is delicious 💆‍♀️
