Join me for a deeply restorative and heart-opening session combining somatic healing practices, Kundalini yoga, and mantra meditation, designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and return to a state of inner balance and clarity.

This session is an invitation to slow down, listen, and meet yourself with compassion. Helping you to release what you’ve been holding, and to reconnect to your energy, intuition, and heart.

Through gentle somatic grounding, we’ll help the body feel safe to soften, soothing the nervous system and unwinding layers of fear or resistance that may have built up over time.

We’ll then move through Kundalini yoga and breathwork to awaken your life force, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm and vitality.

To close, we’ll rest in stillness with mantra chanting and sound healing, allowing the mind to quiet and the heart to expand — leaving you feeling calm, clear, and deeply connected to yourself.

When You Feel Like You’ve Lost Yourself

For many women, there comes a time when life begins to feel strangely detached. You move through the days with a silent numbness, almost as though you’re watching from the outside. The things that used to give you pleasure no longer work and you’re left wondering what the point is 😥

This is a common though rarely spoken about part of perimenopause and menopause.

It’s no wonder so many women start to feel like something is wrong with them. They bounce back and forth to doctors searching for answers, or they give up, believing this is simply the end of who they were. Without the right support, this transition can feel unbearably heavy and deeply isolating.

But here’s the truth: you are not broken and YOU WILL start feeling again.

This is a time of transition in body, mind, and energy. And while it can be overwhelming, it’s your chance to reconnect, and awaken to yourself in a deeper more meaningful way.
