Hi dear ones
I have changed the times for the meditations to 6.30pm so they are more accessible to working people. I have also dropped the beginners' sessions and am now making them all for everyone. Are you feeling effected by the Equinox energies today?

If so, you might appreciate coming together with others for support and affirmation.

At the Equinox the amount of daylight is equal to the amount of night and this is often reflected in our inner world. At this time we have very clear and direct access to our wounds and fears. This year the planet Saturn strongly also figures in this Equinox, so the themes of our distress might well be on the perceived subjects of:
- control v out of control
- powerfull v powerless
- facing the facts in the 3D world v bring in new creation, vision, ideas, energies from the 5th Dimension (don't worry if you don't understand what this means, it will be explained at the gathering)

Other themes could be:
- letting go of summer and the open, warm expansion it has offered us
- feeling to light levels dropping and facing the often difficult feelings the arise as a result
- balancing the fear of issues such as climate change with a desire to call in the light and love required to take humanity to a new level of consciousness
- balancing being a healer with wanting to be healed

In our gathering, we will be held in the light while we are all faced with the balancing of light and dark within and without.
