I have just completed a five week "weight release" course with Sarah. I cannot recommend her enough ! I looked forward to my sessions with her, visiting my sanctuary and always came away feeling amazing and so positive. This whole experience has been like a breath of fresh air! From beginning my journey five weeks ago in a very anxious, negative place to now feeling calm, positive and excited about the future. Sarah planned my sessions in a very person centred way and always made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
I have struggled with my weight for years and been on all kinds of diet, usually giving up after a few weeks because of feeling deprived and useless. My sessions with Sarah have completely changed my mindset around my struggles with food and what and when my body needs nourishment, enabling me to get back into balance without going without or those negative feelings of guilt and deprivation.
