I am a female Personal Trainer and the owner of Slim Gym Personal Training based in Glastonbury, Somerset. I have personal training clients throughout Somerset covering Wells, Glastonbury, Street, Somerton, Pilton and beyond. I am a Mother of 3 have been working-out for 30 years. After qualifying as a personal trainer, my knowledge of fitness, training and nutrition I applied to transform my body can also help YOU lose weight, tone-up, feel fitter and build your confidence. Not only will I help you achieve your aspirations and goals, I will then help to re-educate you to maintain what you have achieved, re-structuring your lifestyle and teaching you what choices to make in life will be key to life-long success when it comes to maintaining your weight loss, fitness and gains. I have a competitive history for toned figure/physique competitions where I have reached British Professional and World champion status. I qualified 20 years ago with Premiere Global Training and have been working and competing in the fitness industry ever since with a wide range of clients of all ages and abilities. With 25 years in the fitness industry and 33 years of training experience, I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities, helping them build strength, confidence and a healthier lifestyle.

I have won the British professional title twice and also became a World Champion as an amateur in toned figure and physique competitions while balancing life as a mum. This has shaped my approach to training, including pre and post-pregnancy fitness.

I’m so proud to share these amazing transformation photos of one of my clients, who has lost an incredible 10kg since the 3rd of October!

This result was achieved with a sensible, sustainable approach, no extreme diets, no fasting and no quick fixes. By lowering her calorie intake and increasing movement through walking and strength training twice a week, she’s making fantastic progress.

In her mid-fifties and post-menopausal, this lovely lady is proof that it’s never too late to make positive changes and feel stronger, healthier and more confident. Incredible work and it’s all down to her dedication and effort!

Hi, my name is Jane Carter, female Personal Trainer, the owner of Slim Gym Personal Training based in Glastonbury Somerset. I freelance train at the Trainstation Gym in Glastonbury, Somerset with clients in Glastonbury, Wells, Somerton, Street, Pilton and throughout Somerset.

I offer a range of Personal Training services including one 2 one training and also small group training based in the gym environment. I cover all aspects of personal training with my speciality being toning, weights and weight loss.
