"This online program is ideal for learning how to give a full body massage to family and friends. It contains very detailed and precise step by step small videos about the whole process. I have no particular background in massage but I actually found it easy to follow. I had no need to remember the various massage movements, I simply followed deborah's massage guidance and at the same time my daughter and I listen to her soothing meditation guidance. We loved the whole experience and I highly recommend it.
