Soul Plan

When you were born, you were given a name, a name that was given with intention, whether from a higher consciousness and channelled through your parents, or indeed from yourself, from a higher plane of existence. The letters within your name hold a vibration or energy, which is activated in your soul plan. The soul plan is interpreted by a qualified Soul Plan Practitioner, who will look at your challenges, talents and goals from a worldly and spiritual perspective. By combining all of these qualities, you can realise your strengths, overcome your challenges and unlock your full potential, leading you on the path to your soul destiny or true life purpose. Your appointment will last between 60 & 90 minutes, beginning with a short grounding meditation, to free you from any outside influences, stresses or strains. A gentle conversation will take place, exploring areas of your life, as they focus in your soul plan, which your practitioner has already prepared for you. Links will be made, which may make it clearer why certain patterns occur in your life, how you can turn your challenges in to talents and ultimately how this can enable you to achieve your goals. An affirmation and suggestions for healing will be given to you, before concluding with a closing meditation. You will receive your soul plan and any accompanying notes, from which your meeting has been based. Soul Transformation Therapy

At certain points in our lives, we can feel ‘held back’ or have a feeling that something within us is not allowing us to fully participate in life. This may well be due to buried issues that lie at an unconscious heart and soul level, which need to be released. STT brings solutions to these times, not only from the mental (conscious) levels, but also from the spiritual, emotional, body memory and sometimes even ancestral levels. The solutions are also there to enable a fuller integration into the present personality, in a way that works with current life and the many pressures it can hold. A Soul Transformation Therapist is equipped with a method to diagnose the core issue and has a variety of solutions or healing interventions to address this. When the Soul is constricted into the physical body, it is expressed through many subselves, some of which we are unaware of. We are influenced by archetypes and polarities, which take up much space in our inner world and will then manifest into circumstances in the physical world. Therefore, very often, a part of the healing will involve bringing unconscious subselves to conscious awareness. STT works towards unifying the personality to blend with the Soul, or whole being. Not only can this address issues affecting your life, but can also work to increase spiritual growth and personal development. Tarot Readings

Experienced since 2004, whether on a one-to-one basis, at group evenings or at charitable events, you can opt for a future-forecast or past-life reading of 30 or 60 minutes.

Oracle of the day: Drawn today from Wendy Andrew’s ‘Goddess Dream Oracle’ deck - Dreaming - Do you dream and if you are aware of doing so, do you remember? We receive so much information during our sleeping hours, some of which may stay with us on some level, maybe reemerging as triggers occur, or remaining held at a deeper level, only revealed when in a meditative or hypnotised state. For those we can remember, jot down keywords as soon as you can upon waking, as a few minutes of allowing the logical side of your brain to kick in, is all it often takes for the dream memory to dissipate. Think of the main protagonists, the key characteristics and the places involved. Think literally; a dog is a four legged creature. Think by association; maybe a dog means loyalty, friendship or fear. Think of what it specifically means to you; maybe a hug, falling on a muddy walk, or the worry of when the pet went missing or ran off. Dreams can give us so much and not just a jumble of recent events, replaying in your head. Maybe a repetitive dream is trying to get a message through that for some reason you are not choosing to hear. Dreams are there to be enjoyed and also to learn by. Time to look forward to that next nap. Until next time…x

Oracle of the day: Drawn today from Anna Stark and Louis Dyer’s ‘Sacred Spirit Reading Cards’ deck - Dark Night of the Soul - That feeling of being empty or lost. That pit in the stomach feeling that tells you things are not as they should be. It happens to most of us at least once. When we lack purpose and just need a little direction. Maybe the direction we have been following has not proven fruitful and we lose confidence. Maybe we have changed our mind and no longer wish to pursue what was once a deeply held wish. Just give it time. Take a step back and consider what enthuses and motivates you. Consider this a positive sign that you are being given the opportunity to reassess. Know that you are in control of this process, however uncomfortable it may seem and perhaps, most importantly, know that there are no deadlines. Decide when you are ready. Acknowledge what you have learnt from this process and thank the universe for providing you with the chance to bring meaning back into your life. You will be just fine. Until next time…x

Oracle of the day: Drawn today from Kate Forsyth and Merle Hunt’s ‘Fairy Tale Oracle’ deck - Hansel & Gretel / Dark Forest / Initiation - Today we are being asked, ‘What stops us?’ The thought of a dark forest might be scary, could bring on trepidation, may already have negative associations. Our protective instincts will be triggered, giving us the warning signs to keep us safe. Not every challenge is a dark forest, though it might seem like it. Perhaps it is the thought of the job interview that stops you going for that job. Perhaps it is introducing yourself to that amazing person who might be your next lover or best friend. Perhaps it’s simply expressing yourself, when it feels like all of those around you never give you a chance. Step up. Be brave. Allow your protective instincts to give you that fear, accept that as a good sign, for you are safe. Step through it and try. For any of the examples, if you do not receive the desired result you may not have progressed along that path, but there are others waiting for you. Nothing will have changed and therefore, you have not retreated or moved backwards - just remained the same. Assess and try a different way. Fear shows us that we care. Fear proves our worth. Fear gives us a choice. Today make the decision that you can, because this is the truth. Until next time…x

Oracle of the day: Drawn today from Cecilia G F and Christabel Jessica’s ‘Divine Masculine Healing Oracle’ deck - Midas - Here he sits, proud at his achievements, yet what does he retain from the journey it took to get there? When you set out towards a goal, or to complete a project, how much do you take on the feelings and events of the journey, once you have reached the destination? Maybe they all fade into the distance, or are forgotten. It is perhaps a cliche to be guided to the journey over the end, but why would this be? The lessons you learn, the challenges you face, the strength gained as a result, the determination, the passion you feel, the resilience you hold… The list is endless and many of these help to define the person you are. The accomplishment overall is commendable, but never forget the many stages you have excelled at on the way there. Midas may have his riches, but we learn more about the man by knowing how he got there. Appreciate each moment and treasure the experiences along the way. Until next time…x

Oracle of the day: Drawn today from Diego de Oxossi and Breno Loeser’s ‘African Gods Oracle’ deck - Ossa / Fire and passion run through your veins - However remote the feeling, however far reached it may seem, follow your passions. From the smallest spark of recognition to the most burning of desires, acknowledge the feeling and run with it. Allow your imagination to take hold, create a plan, maybe smaller steps to help you to see your progress. Imagine what it would feel like having achieved your goal. Know that you are worth the outcome and with a little time and effort, it can be achieved. Recognise the positive affect on your body and mind, knowing that you are working on something so important to you - and never, never give up on hope. You’ve got this. Until next time…x

Tarot of the day: Drawn today from Light Grey Art Lab’s ‘The Light Grey Tarot’ deck - Two of Pentacles - Work and play. Action and rest. Giving and taking. The symbol of balance on today’s draw gives us the clue we need - balance. How are your energy levels and do you find they can hit the extremes - from all out to absolutely drained? A straight forward busy day can obviously be taxing and leave us feeling overwhelmed. Yet, the effects can be felt from much more subtle avenues. Being an empath and taking on the negative energies of others. Trying to please too many and compromising your own self-care. Being triggered by a past scenario or emotion. Anticipating a future event that takes you away from the present moment. All can leave us exhausted. Enjoy life, have fun, show compassion for others - just don’t forget to listen to your body and mind. Know the signs and know when to pull back. When this happens, identify your coping mechanisms to recuperate and reenergise. Whether complete rest, a brain-dead activity or the company of loved ones. Be kind to others (absolutely!) and be kind to you (essential!) Until next time…x

Tarot of the day: Drawn today from Rome Choi’s ‘Dreaming Way Tarot’ deck - Justice - We may often feel this card relates to others, but what about justice for yourself? Are you living your best life? If not, why not? Do you deserve to? Sometimes we hold ourselves back, whether through fear or limiting beliefs, stopping us from truly living the life that is there waiting for us. If you struggle on in a job you hate, perhaps other possibilities are out there. If you continue in a toxic relationship, maybe now is the time to get out. If your home drags you down, consider a move. These statements may seem obvious, yet it doesn’t stop many from accepting change cannot happen. The first step is the desire to do something about it. It highlights the value you place on yourself and the motivation to move on. Take this as a strength. Perhaps small steps are the way forward, eventually leading to the end goal. Try not to overwhelm yourself and treat any big change gently, checking in on your feelings every step of the way. You’ve got this and justice will be done. Until next time…x

Tarot of the day: Drawn today from Chanel Bayless and James Battersby’s ‘Simply Deep Tarot’ deck - Three of Cups - Time to focus on those things for which we can be grateful. Maybe our loved ones - family and friends. Maybe our health. Maybe our home. Maybe our job. Maybe our ability to listen - our compassion. Maybe the beauty of a sunrise - or sunset… the list is endless, yet at times it feels like it is not there at all. We all need to honour our feelings, good or bad. Especially in the down-times we will need prompts to help us through. Our personal ‘gratitude list’ is the help we will need. Prepare your list. Add to it every day. Revisit it when you wish - and when you are feeling down, open it up and remind yourself of how good life can be. It may not be the total cure, but it will always be there for you. Until next time…x

Oracle of the day: Drawn today from Jason Engle’s ‘Mausolea - Oracle of Souls’ deck - Poet of Avon : The Storyteller - The poet is talented and noticed. They perform to an audience and welcome the stage. What are your thoughts on being seen? On being the centre of attention? Perhaps you prefer to wear a different hat when it comes to the exposure of performing in any way. Perhaps this can be worn for your protection, to build or maintain confidence. This is fine. However, when do you start to lose yourself, the essence of the ‘you’ underneath? Perhaps then we are more focused on finding the authentic self, over the performer beneath (unless this is the authentic you, of course). It’s essential to know the roles we play and the ‘hats’ we wear, but as, if not more important, to know the genuine person that feels the need to wear these hats in the first place. Connect today and identify the real you. Celebrate your strengths and practise the truth of authenticity for the wonderful individual you are. Until next time…x

15/10/2025

Tarot of the day: Drawn today from John Matthews and Giovanni Caselli’s ‘The Grail Tarot’ deck - Four of Stones - Allow yourself to enjoy happiness and good fortune. This may sound like a given, but too many of us worry about what it might mean. The phrase ‘pride before a fall’ is spoken with caution and fear, and one that many of us may view with some anxiety. Is it not OK to be content, to celebrate and be joyful? What may have led to this belief and do you choose to push through? For some this belief may prevent us from truly connecting with the present moment, as we project into the future and the worry of the perceived fall to come. Connect with your feelings, whatever they may be. Respect them and understand where you feel them the most. Maybe your stomach holds them, your head or your heart. Often they will manifest in a physical way, reminding us of their presence. When feeling low or down, remind yourself these feelings are there for a reason and that we can learn from them. In more positive times, the same will apply and now maybe the thought of how we can replicate these, knowing that we are worthy of them. We may not always feel in control, but we can always be present. Until next time…x

Tarot of the day: Drawn today from John Matthews and Wil Kinghan’s ‘The Sherlock Holmes Tarot’ deck - Lady of Cups - A reassuring cuppa is prepared and presented by Sherlock’s Mrs Hudson. Maybe the cup of cheer, maybe the comforter, maybe to provide warmth. Whatever the reason, generally this soothing remedy is given to calm. We now move to our emotions and the need to acknowledge, respect and honour them. To treat your emotions seriously and to not ignore or repress them. Once we recognise what is happening, we can work to practise self care and to move through the situation with honesty and compassion. It is the disallowance and disrespect of our emotions that can lead to other negative or destructive feelings. Whether anger, frustration or resentment - sometimes, maybe often, directed at ourself. Sit with your emotions, positive, negative or indifferent. What purpose are they serving? A reminder, a spontaneous reaction or a trigger? What can be done to work with the emotion and is it being heard? So much work to be done, helping us to build our self-awareness and encourage our development. Maybe start the process with a cuppa and allow yourself the time to explore. Until next time…x
