If you contact me, you will always receive a response.

I know how much courage it takes to send that first message. Being met with silence can feel discouraging and I don’t believe in that.

If I have space, we’ll explore working together.
If I’m not the right person, I’ll help point you in the right direction.

Everyone deserves to feel heard, even at the first step.

Did you know that "good" therapy actually involves two professionals?

In the counselling world, supervision is our gold standard for accountability. Just like a surgeon has a lead consultant, I meet regularly with a senior practitioner to review my work.
What does this mean for our sessions?
🔹 High Standards: It ensures I’m following the highest ethical frameworks.
🔹 No Blind Spots: My supervisor helps me stay objective and focused solely on your needs.
🔹 Privacy Guaranteed: Your identity is always protected, but your progress gets the benefit of a second expert opinion.
I invest in supervision because you deserve a therapist who is supported, sharp, and safe.

🔹 Privacy Guaranteed: Your identity is always protected, while your progress benefits from a second expert opinion.

Phobias are your brain's way of trying to keep you safe - they are not 'silly', they are real and can become life-limiting. The good news is that they are treatable.

Today is International Self-Injury Awareness Day (March 1st) 💜

People may self-injure to manage intense emotions, trauma, anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional numbness. For many, it’s a coping strategy not a “choice” made lightly.

Healing begins with compassion. What can help:
• Talking to a trusted professional
• Developing safer coping tools
• Building emotional regulation skills
• Feeling heard without judgement

If you or someone you care about is struggling, recovery is possible, and reaching out is a sign of strength.

Phobias aren’t 'silly'. They are your nervous system trying to protect you.

The good news? They’re treatable.

I offer Rewind Therapy, a gentle approach that helps your brain update its fear response so you can feel calmer, freer, and more in control.

When was the last time you checked in with your mental health?

Try this simple 5-minute reset today:

1️⃣ Name what you’re feeling.
2️⃣ Notice what’s been on your mind.
3️⃣ Scan your body for tension.
4️⃣ Ask what you need right now.
5️⃣ Choose one small act of care.

It doesn’t have to be big. It just has to be intentional.

Small check-ins can make a big difference over time. 💬

Have you heard of the “anxiety iceberg”? 🧊

On the surface, anxiety can look like irritability, avoidance, perfectionism, or being “quiet.”

Underneath, there’s often a swirl of worries, fears, pressure, and self-criticism that others don’t see.

So if someone seems “fine,” remember there may be a lot they’re managing privately. And if this sounds like you, you’re not weak. You’re human.

Support can help you explore what’s beneath the surface, safely and at your own pace. 💬

Good health isn’t just about taking care of your body; it’s about caring for your mind too. When we support both, we feel more balanced, resilient, and whole. Counselling can help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on inside, and find healthier ways forward. Mind + body = better wellbeing.
