People always ask me, “What do I need to bring to a Sound Bath?”

And my answer is always the same… absolutely nothing 🤍

This is your time to receive.
No planning, no preparing, no pressure.

I’ve created the space with everything you need — comfortable mats, blankets, cushions, lavender eye masks and of course the soothing sounds to guide you into deep rest.

All you have to do is show up, lie down, and allow yourself to be held.

In a world where we’re constantly doing, this is your permission to simply be ✨

Just bring yourself… exactly as you are. I often advice that on evening sound sessions - have a bath or shower prior to coming, wear your comfiest clothes (even PJ’s), that way you’re totally done ✔️ relaxed ready for bed 🛌 .

✨ There’s something truly magical about incorporating Koshi wind chimes into my sound therapy sessions ✨

Their soft, flowing tones seem to drift effortlessly through the space, creating a sense of calm that’s both grounding and expansive at the same time. Each chime carries its own unique frequency, helping to guide the mind into stillness while gently supporting emotional release.

I love using them at the end of a session to leave a lingering sense of peace. It’s amazing how such a simple instrument can shift the entire energy of a room.

For me, it’s not just sound, it’s an experience 🌿

✨ Crystal Bowls vs Tibetan Singing Bowls ✨

What’s the difference in a sound therapy session?

Both instruments use vibration and sound to help the body relax, regulate the nervous system and support deeper states of meditation. But the experience of the sound can feel quite different.

🔮 Crystal Singing Bowls
Made from pure quartz crystal, these bowls produce clear, high-frequency tones that are often tuned to specific notes or chakra frequencies.

Their sound is bright, pure and long-lasting, creating a deeply immersive sound bath experience. Many people find crystal bowls help the mind quieten quickly and allow the body to drop into deep relaxation.

Often used to:
• support chakra balancing
• create spacious, meditative sound journeys
• encourage deep relaxation and stillness

🪷 Tibetan Singing Bowls
Traditionally made from a blend of metals, Tibetan bowls create rich, layered harmonics rather than a single pure tone.

Their sound feels more grounding and earthy, with vibrations that can sometimes be felt strongly through the body.

Often used to:
• support grounding and presence
• deepen meditation
• create gentle vibrational massage when placed near the body

🌿 Different sound, same intention.
Both work through vibration and resonance to help bring the body and mind back into balance.

Feeling so grateful after this morning’s sound bath ✨

Thank you to each and every one of you who showed up, shared your energy, and allowed yourselves to fully relax and receive. The space we created together was truly special 💫

It’s always an honour to guide you through these moments of stillness, healing, and connection. I hope you’re carrying that sense of calm and balance with you into the rest of your day 🤍

Looking forward to the next one already 🙏

✨ Silicone vs Suede Wands on crystal bowls ✨

Not all wands are created equal and in a sound therapy session, the material can completely shift the experience.

🪽 Silicone Wand
Smooth, sleek, and consistent. A silicone wand glides effortlessly over the body, creating clear, direct vibrations. It’s ideal for:
• Grounding and structured sessions
• Precise application on specific points
• A clean, modern sensory feel

The sound transmission tends to feel sharper and more focused, great when you want clarity and definition in your session.

🪽Suede Wand
Soft, textured, and deeply comforting. A suede wand offers a more diffused vibration, wrapping the body in a gentle, cocoon-like sensation. It’s perfect for:
• Relaxation and emotional release
• Slower, more intuitive sessions
• A warm, nurturing touch

The sound feels more absorbed and spread out, like a subtle wave rather than a direct pulse. However, the texture can catch on the surface on the bowl creating a “scratchy” sound.

✨ So which one to choose?
It depends on your intention.
Silicone for clarity and precision.
Suede for softness and depth.

Both are beautiful tools—just different pathways into the same healing space.

✨ The Benefits of Meditation ✨

Taking just a few minutes each day to meditate can have a powerful impact on your mind and body.

🧠 Reduces stress – Meditation helps calm the nervous system and lowers stress levels.
💛 Improves emotional wellbeing – Regular practice can increase feelings of positivity, patience, and self-awareness.
🌿 Enhances focus and clarity – By training your mind to stay present, meditation improves concentration and mental clarity.
😴 Supports better sleep – A calmer mind often leads to deeper, more restful sleep.
💪 Boosts overall health – Meditation has been linked to lower blood pressure, improved immune function, and reduced anxiety.

Meditation doesn’t need to be complicated. Start with just 5 minutes a day, focus on your breath, and allow yourself a moment of stillness.

Your mind deserves the same care and attention as your body. 🧘‍♀️

Healthy cooking doesn’t have to be dull, bland, or boring. 🌿✨

One of the biggest myths about eating well is that it means giving up flavour. In reality, healthy meals can be some of the most vibrant, colourful, and satisfying dishes you make. Think fresh herbs, bright vegetables, warming spices, citrus, garlic, olive oil, and ingredients that actually make food come alive.

Healthy cooking isn’t about restriction — it’s about creativity. Swap heavy sauces for zesty dressings, use herbs and spices instead of excess salt, roast vegetables to bring out their natural sweetness, and experiment with ingredients you may not have tried before.

A nourishing meal should make you feel good and taste amazing. When you start focusing on flavour, colour, and freshness, healthy food stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like a joy.

Brunch is basically my love language 🥞☕✨

I’m always hunting for new brunch recipe ideas — the kind that make weekends feel extra special. Think fluffy pancakes, colourful bowls, savoury eggs, fresh bakes… I want it all. So, let me introduce you to the Hot Cross Bun Stack:

Egg dipped and fried until golden hot cross bun halves.
Streaky smoked bacon.
Canadian maple syrup.
Served with your style of eggs (I did fried today).

So tell me… 👀
What’s your go-to brunch dish right now?
