Tuesdays are my busy day, I have one to one sessions up and down the Coast Rd. But its great to get to my chair group in Glenlough Community Hall in Carnlough. We are a friendly, chatty group who like to mix movement with lots of laughter! Suitable for anyone who is older, has mobility issues, or recovering from a procedure. Every Tuesday at 11am is the time and we will always welcome newcomers!

I know it seems hard to imagine when we are in the midst of a cold snap with snow, but spring is just around the corner and I'm looking forward to bringing you my Spring Forward Yoga morning on March 10th, 10.30am in Ballygally Hall.
The yoga will be gentle, and we will be looking forward to the brighter days ahead, setting intentions, finishing with a meditation.

Celebrate the coming of the longest day of the year with yoga!

The summer solstice marks the peak of the earth's movement around the sun, where the sun shines its light on the earth for the longest amount of time.

Hi Everyone!

I hope this email finds you well and finding time to enjoy the lovely sunny weather.

This is a vibrant time of year when we begin to reconnect to the light of the world that also reminds us of our own inner light and let it shine brightly forward over the next few weeks and months.


During the practice we will

. Honour the light of the sun
· Cool down the body and mind

· Ground into the earth

· Engage in softness and release

· Practice slowly and with intention

· Rest and relax

Summer Solstice Yoga Evening will take place next

Wow it starts this Friday! Yoga For The Menopause at 7pm on zoom
In the first session we will be looking at breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body, and yoga postures tol help relieve muscle and joint pain.

So.......
Find a quiet place in your home where you won't be disturbed.
Turn your devices off.
Put relaxing music and soft lighting on.
Have cushions and blanket to hand.
And enjoy our first session!
