The Silver Line Helpline run by Age UK is a free, confidential telephone service for older people. We provide friendship, conversation and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are launching NWL’s Active Menopause, Programme 3, this March with the first activity starting on Monday 10 March. We are starting with Forest Bathing! 🌲🌟

Forest Bathing is a twilight activity delivered by Wild Minds at Moira Furnace.

Wild Minds’ comments on this are: ‘We have run many twilight/night walks at Moira along with nighttime meditations and they have been very popular. As long as people bring a torch and dress appropriately for a March evening in nature, they will be absolutely fine and will have a wonderful experience they wouldn't have had a chance to do before.’ 💪🌙🌟

Thursday 20th February the Tea Room only will reopen every Thursday 10:30am until 3:30pm.
