🎄 GOOD EVENING ALL 🎄

I hope Christmas 2023 has been good and kind to you all ❤️ as we almost draw a close on 2023, I want to say a few things to you all 😘

2023 has been a hard and difficult year , not just for my family and I, but for us all. I want to finish today by saying thank you to every single fu***ng person who walks through my door, for trusting me with their health and most importantly , sticking with me every step of the way❤️

I’m more than a sports therapist, sometimes im a therapist, a councillor, a life coach, a personal trainer, a fu***ng relationship coach 🤣 The point is, people speak to me and confide things in me, they ask advice, sometimes just someone to talk listen is all they need.

People invest their money into my care, so the least I can do is invest time and patience to help and to guide the best I can, as most importantly , I’m not just a sports therapist , I’m a human being ❤️ Merry Christmas ya filthy animals 🎄💥
