Thank you to the women who showed up tonight, exactly as you were.
For your openness, your trust, and the energy you brought into the space.
No pressure, no expectations… just a moment to pause, breathe, and be.

I always leave these evenings feeling quietly grateful for what’s created when women come together like this.

Holding that feeling with me tonight ✨

Why Flexible seating should be in every classroom ⬇️

* Honouring different sensory needs: Some students focus better when they can move, bounce, or shift position.
* Supporting self-regulation: Options like wobble stools, cushions, or floor seating allow students to find what helps them feel calm and alert.
* Promoting body awareness and core engagement: Active sitting can improve postural control and endurance for learning tasks.
* Reducing cognitive load: When the body is supported, the brain is freer to engage in learning.
* Encouraging autonomy and inclusion: Students choose what works for them.

C O N F I D E N C E

Over the years I have watched many yogis go from first classes, feeling unsure, shy and nervous to standing tall on their own, encouraging others, finding their voices and making friends.

During my teaching I’ve had the joy of watching yogis move up through the classes and grow into confident pre teens and even teens.

With every week I have witnessed a little more of their personalities shine through, their voices become louder and their confidence grow in their practice.

Yoga can help children and young people to develop confidence by increasing body awareness, and providing a non-competitive environment for self-expression and self-discovery.

We have various classes to choose from, join us every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday for our teens, minis, littles or calm connections club 💜

A child in one of my classes today (P1) told me … his eyes were melting 🫠 and I of course replied with ‘meltingggg???’ And he said ‘they are leaking like I am sad but I’m not sad I’m happy’🥹☺️ … well my heart almost melted ❤️

(The teacher told me that he has hay fever so his eyes had been watering) but bless his wee heart
