✅ We cover St Andrews, Est Neuk, Levenmouth, Cupar, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy so a car is preferred.

With Easter over, everyone's minds will be shifting to the summer.

Holiday's are organized so you can be relaxed, comfortable and escape every day life. But when you have a loved one at home who you care for every day, this holiday can seem almost impossible to achieve.

At Home Instead East Fife, we offer respite care. What does this mean? It means we can provide the same small team to visit your loved one at the same allocated time each day to ensure their safety and wellbeing is ok. You can also check in with our app for reassurance whilst relaxing by the pool.

We will introduce the care professional well in advance so that both yourself and your loved one are both comfortable with the change.

Yesterday we had Karen from Seescape visit us to explain how the organisation works, what they can offer and how people can get involved.

It was a very interesting afternoon and we all came away with knowledge and feel more proactive when our visually impaired clients need help.
