The days after Christmas can feel quieter and for some, a little lonelier.

The festive periods gives us all more time to spend with loved ones, but once it is over and normal life such as work and day to day responsibilities take over it can leave our loved ones feeling lonelier and families feeling the pressure.

Everyone should enjoy quality time with their families.

A very Merry Christmas from everyone at Home Instead East Fife 🎅🏼

As you can see Gillian & Sam had a chaotic Christmas Eve trying to master making videos.. and some of our care professionals decided they wanted to be a part of our Christmas cheer too 🎄

We hope all our clients and care professionals along with their families have a day filled with joy, love and laughter.

We also know that today can be a sad time also and our thoughts are with those who may find today hard.

Finally thank you to our care professionals who are out spending their Christmas Day with our lovely clients 🥰

Our management staff enjoyed a lovely Christmas meal at Foxtons during the week. As always the food was delicious and service was great alongside lots of laughter. Thank you to Euan 🥰

We welcomed another five care professionals to the team yesterday, only two were happy to get their photo taken to share with you all but we welcomed Lori & Weronika (pictured) Susan, Nicole & Brogan. You were all wonderful throughout training and are going to a great part of the East Fife Team 🥰

During training we do an interactive session where the care professionals can step into the shoes of a client and feel how they feel during some of the struggles they may have. It really is a valuable part of our training and really lets the care professionals understand different aspects of the job and how our clients feel ❤️
