What a great week so far, with one more group to go tomorrow! 🥰

I can't wait to see what awards we give out.

My Saturday group has 2 sessions 8.00am and 9.30am. You might be thinking I'm not getting up on a Saturday morning to go to Slimming World but I can honestly say that I ❤️my Saturday group. The members are fun, supportive and ready to welcome new people! They are the biggest cheerleaders of each other.

Absolutely loved this dish from the Slimming World Kitchen subscription service. Hunters Pork Pasta. 🍝 It was really tasty and filling.

Whilst I love cooking 👩‍🍳 and planning what my meals are going to look like, sometimes it's good to take the thinking out of things.

Food Optimising is tailorable to your lifestyle and can be very personal to you. The world would be boring if we all loved the same things. 😬

🌧☂️It may be raining outside but that doesn't stop us! Signs are out and we will be putting the finishing touches to group ready for a 5.30pm start.

The hall is warm, and tea and coffee will be available for members joining us tonight. If you want to come along and find out how to lose weight healthily, then you'd be more than welcome. 🤗
