As I switch off the last light, l reflected on the past year and the incredible journey, we've embarked on together. 🎉 2023 was the year l turned off the lights in The Saltire for the last time, but here we are, stronger than ever in ‘Tonik Studio’, thanks to each and every one of you, my amazing clients. 🙌 Your unwavering support and loyalty have been the driving force behind my success. As we gear up for an exciting 2024, I want to express my deepest gratitude. 🤗 Together, we'll continue to reach new heights! This new year, at the bells, l will be saying cheers to everyone of you and l wish you health, wealth and happiness for 2024 ✨

Spud has left the building for the last time!!

He just wanted to say a special thank you for all the hugs, claps and conversations over the past 2 months whilst he’s been a therapy dog.

He’s had a fabulous time with you all but he has now been reunited with his family. His wee brother got very good news today that his operation has been a success 🎉🎉🎉

Serious thank you for allowing Spud be a part of your appointment time and understanding there might be a snore or two during that time. Although no sure if he’s traumatised by all the b***s he’s seen in the last few weeks or not 😂😂

I maintained my edge by always being a student: there is alwavs something new to learn.

Today I’ve been on another course to help you wonderful people feel the best you possibly can under my care.

Many of you have been asking me to offer this for a while.
You spoke, l listened!

Available soon once I’ve sorted out all the insurance stuff and stock etc.

Ok l have a bit of a disaster going on. I’ve lost the Mind & Body Mechanic phone. It never normally leaves the studio but l brought it home last week to organise some apps and it’s disappeared. I’m going to have another good hunt today. So if I haven’t been in touch l do apologise lm not being rude just don’t have details 🫣
Send me good vibes please. I will keep you updated of my progress.

Finally I’m fully back to normal this week. I’m getting close to the bottom of my list to reschedule everyone. By tomorrow if you haven’t heard from me give me a wee message.

Little heads up due to Yogi having had surgery on his spine last week he has to rest in his cage so l have Spud under my care for the next few weeks. So there may be times he will be in the studio with me as my hours are long making sure l get yous all booked back in after my time off. He’s got a great wee set up with his bed in a travel cot.
He can’t wait to see you all. He has signed a confidentiality agreement so your secrets are safe with him and he says he has great listening ears. He also loves cuddles so can be a fantastic therapy dog 🐶 💙
