- Aromatherapy Massage can help with your Physical and emotional wellbeing, by blending oils which suit and work for you. This can help assist many problems such as headaches, migraines, stress, colds, depression and anxiety.

- Swedish Massage can help to release tension.

- Sports Massage can help improve range of motion, flexibility, perfomance and it increases the blood flow through the tissues.

- Reflexology can help faciliate a deep state of relaxation, calm the emotions and produce a serene mind. All massage helps the removal of waste products and toxins from your body. Fully quilifed City and Guild level 3 Diploma in complementary therapy and ITEC level 3 Dipolma in Sports massage
