Yesterday I celebrated at my work
The woman who choose to ask me for help
What a job eh ❤ helping someone believe in themselves a little bit more
Anne, who has lost almost 4 stone on track with a pound a week
Fionna who has just got to target having lost 4 stone (just battled breast cancer)
Shelley who wanted to get healthier for her wee girl 5 and a half stone
And Connie (look at the cheezer) who is soon going to be celebrating 60 years marriage almost reaching her 2 stone award
They all have stories, they are all on a journey to do a little bit more for themselves..
Those 4 ladies..
Oh let's not forget Margaret on Friday
After a long road (she stuck through covid with me just to try stay on track) eventually achieving target on the 14 July this year of 5 and a half stone ♥
These 5 ladies weightloss total 21 stone 👀👀👀
With staying Determined and committed to coming to Group always.. no matter what, its what they all have in common, doesn't matter how many times something gets in the way, they're human, they just keep trying..
Sorry for the long winded post, but I'm really really proud of what I do and I'm really really humbled that I get to do in life a Job I love 💘
Its hard sometimes, but its very very worth it to see this, and that I can make a difference in some peoples lives ###
