🩵 We have loved having Lauren teach at the studio. We hope to host many more of her events in 2026 x

a few changes as we head into the new year 🤍

firstly, i want to say a huge thank you to my tonik evening flow students. this class has been running since last summer and i truly loved sharing this gentle evening wind-down with you. i feel a great connection to the students here and i’m so grateful for your consistency and commitment, some of you have been there from the very start and it’s appreciated 🫶🏻 although the class is coming to an end, i know i’ll still see many of your faces around and i’m really looking forward to hosting events with you in mind 🧘🏻‍♀️💕

secondly, i’ve also let go of my friday afternoon classes at carnegie leisure centre. these classes were so special - it was the perfect way to end the week and i think we all left feeling a little lighter. thank you for showing up for yourselves and your practice. your dedication didn’t go unnoticed and i hope our paths cross again, whether through fife leisure or at one of my events 🙏🏻💝

as much as i love teaching, it’s become clear that some changes are needed to make things sustainable. i’ll be looking for some part-time work alongside my business to create a bit more stability while still continuing to teach and develop new ideas 🦋 follow me for new offerings in the new year✨

letting go of the old makes space for the new. i’m looking ahead to 2026 with intention and purpose and i hope to see you there. thank you for being part of this chapter 💖💕💖
