Energy healing

It’s been a week of Bio Energy Healing this week.

Perhaps because of the storms we’ve had lately it’s had an impact on people’s wellbeing. The low pressure can cause fatigue in people who are sensitive to changes in the pressure.

If you're looking to get healthier in 2023 then this event could be for you.

I'm running our Get Serious, Get Slim program online and adding in a Hypnotic Gastric Band. This event will take place over 4 weeks and includes an 80-20 meal plan.

Losing weight isn't just about what you eat it's also about mindset. You could be holding onto an old programme or belief system that has prevented you from losing weight, and we will work on replacing that old way of thinking.

Does anxiety go away?

We all have anxiety it keeps us safe in many situations, but when you constantly focus on being anxious then that’s a different thing.

What you focus on grows, so if you focus on anxiety then guess what, yup, you got it, you’ll get more anxiety.

It’s like looking through a magnifying glass, when you use it to focus on anything it makes it bigger. Not only that but if you hold a magnifying glass pointing at the sun and what you’re looking at, say paper, then it will begin to burn it.

Anxiety not only causes emotional problems but can cause physical problems too, because you’re focusing on the feelings of anxiety.

Once you stop putting focus on anxiety and focus more on the things that bring you happiness, then yes it can go away.

I work with clients to help them let go of that constant state of anxiety so they can focus more on the things that make them feel good.

GET OVER IT

Have you ever watched a hurdle race?

If you have, you’ll know that there is always more than one hurdle for the runner to get over and the way they do that is to train. The more they train, the better they will get.

You’ve never seen a runner stop at the first hurdle and think “how do I get over this” and then try to step over. That would just make the race harder. They give 100% to have the energy and momentum to get over not one, but every hurdle they come across. Yes, sometimes they might knock one down or they may stumble, but if they can, they get back up again and keep going.

They build up muscle to get over them easier each time because they keep training.

It’s the same with life, there will always be hurdles to overcome, but it’s how you approach them that makes them easier to get over. That’s why when you work with me to over come the hurdles that you face in life, whether it’s caused by anxieties or trauma, you not only deal with the issue that created the first hurdle, you learn ways of dealing with the others. And the more you use the tips and techniques you’ve been given the more it will train your brain and a new muscle memory will be created.

The better you get at it the easier it will become.
