2. Wear sunglasses - protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays. This time of year, low sun is a nightmare and anyone who tells you they don’t need sunglasses is lying 🤣

3. Stay hydrated - drink water! Trust us, it helps your dry eyes.

4. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. When using screens, follow this to help alleviate dry, tired eyes. Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away, for 20 seconds.

5. Manage your diet - follow a diet that is rich in omega 3’s, vitamins & antioxidants. These nutrients can help ensure you have a healthy tear development.

This lovely lady instantly fell in love with this gorgeous purple frame. Mrs M just HAD to have it! We didn’t even need to do any customisation she just loved it the way it was. And doesn’t she look amazing in them!!! It’s clear that purple is a fave colour, she popped in to see us last week with purple hair, purple trainers and purple specs! 👓
