SHORTS SEASON ☀️🔥

Ladies… it’s absolutely ROASTING outside 🥵
We need to stop hiding in leggings during workouts just because we don’t feel confident wearing shorts.

Some of us have cellulite.
Some of us have varicose veins.
Some of us have stretch marks.
Some of us just don’t love our legs.

But listen… your body is carrying you through every workout, every run, every hard session 👏🏼

The difference shorts make in this heat is unreal — cooler, lighter, more comfortable, and honestly… training feels SO much better.

Please don’t let insecurities stop you from feeling comfortable while you train ❤️

A bit late because I ran straight into class 🥴😋 BUTTTTT… can we just take a moment for the NEW KIT at bootcamp in the videos 👀🔥

I’ve seen some faces during tonight’s session 😮‍💨🤣 and honestly… there’s NOTHING wrong with getting soaked when you’re training 💦💪

Little update from me…
I’ve been training HARD lately 💪
🏋️‍♀️ 3 strength / cardio sessions a week
🏃‍♀️ 3 mixed runs a week

Honestly feeling a bit confused with what to focus on 😂 because I’ve got a few big events coming up 👀

📍 HYROX Mixed Doubles Sim – 2 weeks
📍 Glenrothes 10K – 4 weeks
📍 Scottish Half Marathon – August
📍 Hopefully HYROX Birmingham – October
📍 HYROX Glasgow – March next year 🔥

Trying to balance strength, endurance, speed and recovery all at once 😅 but loving the challenge 💥
