✨ A brand new chapter… 37 years young ✨

I’ve been completely spoiled today – some of my amazing team surprised me with the most thoughtful gifts, flowers, balloons and so much love. I’m honestly forever grateful for every single one of you 🫶🏻❤️

It’s crazy how fast this year has flown by. A year ago I took a leap and started my business with nothing but a positive mindset, a lot of hope, and the belief that it would work — not just for me, but for my boys. I wanted to be more present, more “mum”, and less stuck at work all the time… and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made.

I feel so lucky to have had so many incredible, supportive clients walk through my doors. The community we’ve built means everything to me 🫶🏻

Right now, I’m in such a good place — mentally and physically. I feel fitter, stronger, and healthier than I have in years.

I used to be a bit scared of getting older… but honestly? This is the first time in my life I feel like I truly have my life together. I’ve got my business, my amazing husband, my two beautiful boys, our adorable dogs, and friendships that mean the world to me.

Life is precious — and I’m ready to keep growing, keep pushing, and keep becoming the best version of myself… as a mum, a wife, a friend, and a coach.

I used to not even be able to get my feet off the floor doing these… now I actually love them. That didn’t happen overnight — it came from consistency. 💙

Keep showing up. Keep pushing yourself to become a stronger version of YOU. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or says — what matters is how YOU feel.

At the end of the day, the one thing nobody can take away from you… is your body. And that’s powerful.

I want to feel good AND look good — and why shouldn’t I?

I don’t have a “perfect” body. I’ve had two beautiful boys. I’ve got the mum pouch. No visible abs. I snack on rubbish sometimes (especially when I’m due on 😅)… because I’m human.

My bodybuilding days are gone — and that’s okay. I’m a mum, I love my life, I love food, and I’d choose being strong, fuelled, and full over being smaller and weaker ANY day.

Do I still worry about how I look? Of course. That’s normal. But I’ll never pretend to be something I’m not — what you see is what you get.

Social media can put so much pressure on people to look a certain way… don’t let it consume you.

Strength is beauty.
Running is strength.
Living YOUR life is strength.

Stop trying to please everyone else. Focus on your goals. Be proud of yourself. And let’s keep smashing it 💪🔥
