Day 7 of finding my gals

Honestly got so emotional on the way home, to be able to give women a space to just “be” like everyone over complicates life we life in a world that’s so fast paced and stressful and it’s bull s**t 💩

We need to slow down, to notice and to co regulate with each other, the rest fullness in this space last night was beautiful 😩🧡

Next date announced Friday ⚡️

If you can do anything for yourself today, just take a deep breath and let out a big sign and notice how you feel 🧡
