I am so proud of what has been accomplished in such a short time and deeply grateful to all of you (patients, peers, friends and family) who’ve supported me along the way.

Absolutely honoured to be nominated for the Health & Wellness Champion Award at
the Glossop Community Champions event last night.

I am just so passionate about working in our community and doing my best to keep people strong, mobile, safe and independent, so this recognition means a lot. Thank you to those who nominated me.

Thank you also to The Hummingbird Project and The Bureau for bringing together such inspiring groups & individuals who strive to make a difference to our community. It was truly an inspiring event.

Thank you to BodyWorks Injury Clinic BodyWorks Injury Clinic aka Anna Clark for sponsoring this category. It was also great to meet Ben Watson ParaOlympian / World medalist road racing (British cycling), who has officially said I have sharp elbows! A very big compliment to a physiotherapist indeed 😂.

Well done to all those nominated, in fact there were over 300 nominees over 12 categories which is astounding ❤️.

Spent the day with the lovely Jo from Manchester First Aid Training for the best Emergency First Aid at Work course. Highly recommended this programme.

Manchester First Aid Training was established in 2010 – providing fun, interactive, life-saving courses throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.
