Fitness fun & easy steps - Online - 11 March 2026
These online classes are designed for residents of Gamesley, who have not exercised for a while. This course is a light workout in a light-hearted and supportive environment. All the exercises are safe, effective, and most importantly enjoyable. They're suitable for all abilities and include options for you to exercise in a chair, standing using a chair or standing.
This online class is specifically designed for people who are generally inactive, have not exercised for a while, and are aimed at beginners and offers low intensity and low impact exercises that can be adapted to meet the needs of the individual. This course is a light workout in a light-hearted and supportive environment. These online classes are designed for residents of Gamesley.
All the exercises within the class can be adapted to suit all ability and fitness level of each individual so it is safe, effective, and most importantly enjoyable. They're suitable for all abilities and include options for you to exercise in a chair, standing using a chair or standing.
You will need either a smart phone, tablet, laptop or other computer with internet access to do the course via a link you will be sent.
You will be given the support you require for your individual development. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that enables you to move and recommend you do not eat a large meal in the hour and a half before this course. Have any medications to hand and a drink also if using a chair preferably without arms.
This course is offered free of charge to Gamesley residents.
