Going back to school after summer can stir up a whole mix of feelings - excitement, anxiety, dread, fear, sadness or even overwhelm.

For children and parents alike, change takes energy, and it’s okay if this transition feels tender, unwanted and scary. If you would like to talk through your feelings, please reach out and contact me to arrange a session.

About Me
Well done on taking the first step on your journey to well-being. My name is Jo (She/Her). I am a fully qualified and insured Integrative Therapist working online or from my Glossop Therapy Room.

Counselling & Therapy
If you are struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, stress, neurodiversity, menopause/gynaecological problems, disability or trauma, then I believe I can help you. I work creatively using a variety of approaches including Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused and ACT, depending on what would best suit your needs.

What does this mean for you?
I will support you to find coping strategies and help develop your resilience, increasing your stability and enabling you to feel more equipped and stronger. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share what is troubling you right now. Sometimes, it may be helpful to explore the root of various difficulties and I can help you to do this in a safe, gentle way, always prioritising your needs and goals.
