🌟 How self care and gratitudes Work Together

Gratitude enhances self-care by reinforcing the value of your life and well-being. When you feel thankful, you’re more likely to treat yourself kindly. And when you care for yourself, you’re in a better position to appreciate the world around you.



🔁 Simple Daily Practices
• Self-care: Sleep 7–8 hours, journal, take a walk, unplug from screens, say “no” when needed.
• Gratitude: Write down 3 things you’re thankful for each day, say thank you to someone, reflect on a positive moment before bed.

What an amazing weekend the lads at Let’s have had 🤩👌🏽

its because of this man Dave Grizzly Wharmby going out of his way to organise the trip away at parsons house this place is great and the owners of the farm are lovely and very helpful when we needed them. would definitely recommend.

From the get go we have done nothing but laugh and make the best memories together which will last a lifetime thank you all for coming and making it so good I personally have absolutely loved every minute!

I’m not speaking for everyone but I didn’t think about any of my day to day stresses, I didnt feel the anxiety and depression and I struggle massively with this daily! it was completely stress free and just living in the here and now, enjoying the weekend with the lads taking it all in. This break away was very much needed and has done my mental health the world of good. 🙏

Massive well done to all the lads that took part in the activities and overcome there fears, especially Graham! there was nothing stopping any of us 🦾

Thank you brother, you absolutely smashed it finding this little diamond it couldn’t have gone any better.

Can’t wait for the next one next year.

We often talk about strength—pushing through, carrying on, being tough. But real strength isn’t about pretending everything’s fine. It’s about facing what’s real, even when it’s uncomfortable. Looking after your mental health isn’t a weakness—it’s a responsibility. To yourself. To the people who care about you. Just like we take care of our bodies, we need to take care of our minds. That means talking, resting, asking for help when we need it. You don’t have to fight every battle alone. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do… is reach out.
We’re ready to take your hand and help pull you through.
