The cost of 5 sessions is £275 at Synergy and here are some past results. I specialise more in post injury, post surgery and medical conditions. Great for digestion issues and relieving headaches too 🙌

Obviously …and unfortunately it’s a short lived side effect and you get the same results after a good nights rest!

🗓️ I’m Not Being Dramatic But… 🗓️

I had a client, that knows me well (well enough to know December’s not on my to do list) ask ‘What are your Christmas hours going to be?’ She also said ‘You know you can book in on Christmas Day?’ Please don’t!? 🤣 So November, December and New Year are now amended on booksy!

I live my life on an hourly basis generally 🤣 and this actually hurt my head! But this time of year is full of Christmas nights out, parties, family get togethers, work nights and generally having plans for the foreseeable! So it makes sense to get your appointments in the diary early!

This then followed by two December bookings! So if you’re as organised and together as her! Get booking your future appointments …. they’re open! 🙌

Seems simple…

1. Move… Motion is lotion!
2. Check your posture and tension- Stop, reset shake it out!
3. Drink water consistently throughout the day! Add electrolytes for extra points.
4. Breathe… slow, calmly and with intention!
5. Stretch, relax and celebrate all the small wins of the day.

📆 Don’t forget to rebook your next appointment.

Put it in the diary and make time for yourself. Especially as this time of year gets a little frantic … and burnout is a thing!
