So pleased to be invited to be a part of this!
As you know, pet loss is something that's very close to my heart - everyone should have the chance to honour their pets with compassion and respect 🐾
🐾 Pet Loss Support Group – January Gathering 🐾
Our next Pet Loss Support Group takes place on Thursday 22nd January at 7pm at Hadfield Conservative Club, and we’d love to welcome you.
These gatherings are about celebrating the lives of our pets, sharing stories, and finding comfort among people who truly understand the bond we share with them.
Whether:
you’ve recently lost a beloved companion
you’re caring for an elderly or unwell pet and gently thinking about end-of-life
or you simply want a safe, understanding space to talk about your pet
you are very welcome.
The evening will be hosted by Cherished Companion, alongside Georgia, who has been supporting our recent gatherings and helping to hold a calm, supportive space for those attending.
This month, we’ll also be joined by Paula, a celebrant who works closely with bereaved pet owners. Paula will share her experience of supporting families before and after loss, explore meaningful ways to honour and say goodbye to our pets, and talk about pet funerals, farewells and gentle rituals. There’ll be plenty of opportunity for questions and shared discussion.
There’s no pressure to speak, no counselling, and no expectations — just a warm, welcoming space, a cup of tea, and people who understand 🤍
