Big shout out to this amazing human who back in April ran the London Marathon in aid of WWF.
A goal she wanted to acheive at least once in her life, but due to struggles in her past which took a huge toll on her body she can suffer bady with joint pain. Enya has learnt so much about the benefits of juicing whilst working with us and implements juicing into her everyday life.
Whilst training the pain in her knees and hips increased, meaning she only managed a 15K as her farthest run in training, making 42K extreamly daunting. So she stepped up her juicing in a methodic way to help her joints and fuel her runs. She packed in her leafy greens, started everyday with celery juice despite her dislike of the taste, ended every workout with a watermelon juice and so much more.
She ran over the finish line in under 4 hours, only walking once for 2 minutes and the only pain being the ache in her thighs. Proof in the pudding ๐ช
