Friendship anxiety isn't an official condition, but a recent internet term. Is describes feeling anxious even with your close friends. It's linked to low self esteem and attachment styles.

We can manage it by noticing mindfully what our thought out telling us, but offering compassion to the part that's anxious. Eventually we can start to feel safe with friends and have better friendships. I know because I've overcome it myself.
