We’re pleased to introduce Lisa Watson, the newest member of our training team. Lisa brings a wealth of real-world experience as a retired police officer and a seasoned first aid trainer.
Her background in law enforcement has equipped her with unique insight into emergency response, risk assessment, and the importance of decisive action in critical moments.
Lisa’s background as a detective in child protection has given her in depth knowledge of safeguarding, a vital area for organisations working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults. With Lisa on board, we’re launching a new line of safeguarding training courses designed to help our clients create safer, more resilient environments.
Lisa’s commitment to practical, hands-on learning and her passion for community safety perfectly align with our ethos.
We’re thrilled to have her expertise as we expand our training solutions for workplaces, schools, and organisations across the region.
