We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate drivers to join our growing team supporting people in the community.

🗓 Working Pattern:
• Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (Week 1)
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Week 2)

💷 Rates of Pay:
• £13.20 per hour (Monday–Friday)
• £13.80 per hour (Saturday–Sunday)
• Time and a half on Bank Holidays

🚗 Additional Benefits:
• Travel time paid
• Mileage paid
• £150 referral bonus when you refer a friend
• Full training provided – no experience necessary

⚠️ Community Safety Notice – Glossop & Surrounding Areas ⚠️

We would like to make members of our local community aware of an incident that occurred last evening in Padfield, where one of the individuals we support experienced a burglary. Entry was gained by forcibly removing a keysafe from the exterior of the property.

Thankfully, the individual was not physically harmed; however, this has understandably caused distress and concern.

We are sharing this to raise awareness and encourage everyone in the Glossop and surrounding areas to remain vigilant.

We kindly ask that you:

• Keep a watchful eye out for elderly or vulnerable neighbours
• Report any suspicious activity to the police
• If you or a loved one has a keysafe, consider relocating it to a more discreet location
• Where possible, ensure key safes are positioned within view of CCTV or well-monitored areas

As a care provider within the community, the safety and wellbeing of those we support is our highest priority. We are actively advising all staff, clients, and families to review their home security arrangements.

Lung cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, yet it often goes unnoticed until the later stages. 🎉 What a Fantastic Coffee Morning for World Alzheimer’s Day! ☕💜

A big thank you to everyone who joined us today for our coffee morning at Community Life Choices. The event was a great success, bringing together our clients, their families, and carers to raise awareness for World Alzheimer’s Day.

It was heartwarming to see so many people come together, share stories, and support one another. The sandwiches, cakes, and coffee were enjoyed by all, and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and great conversations.

We’re so grateful to our amazing team, clients, and visitors for making this event special and meaningful. Together, we continue to raise awareness and provide care for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. 💜
