⭐❄️ PRACTICE SUMMARY JANUARY 2026❄️⭐
Below is the practice summary for the month of January. We hope that this information is helpful in providing an insight into some of the work carried out by the practice.
Please note that the triage figures are only reflective of the time period 12th-31st January due to the implementation of our new triage tool Anima. Reporting should be back to normal from February.
We are pleased to report that out of 672 responses 94% of patients have rated us as very good or good in this months Friends & Family Test. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to leave us feedback. This helps us improve the service we provide to our patients. Here is some of the feedback we have received:-
❄️Response to online triage was very quick . No waiting at any stage . Medical assessment by paramedic in Manor House was thorough and reassuring.
