Always a pleasure to bring calm to the natural chaos of a home 🏡 I love family life; I have a family of my own so I understand that you can’t have the floors mopped, dishes put away and toys tidy at the same time! It’s just such a nice thing to be able to offer people - full relaxation with none of the pressure to go anywhere, prep anything or even tidy your home 💆🏽‍♀️ (although this particular home is always tidy when I visit, I must say! You know who you are!)

Time Out Tuesdays 🕰️ When was the last time you looked after yourself and took some time out? Massage isn’t just a great opportunity for a lie down 😉😴 The physical and psychological benefits make it an effective way de-stress with lasting results. Relaxed, less stressed muscles give you increased range in motion in your day-to-day movements, as well as during workouts, etc. Improved sleep quality, a more positive of mind and relieved discomfort from aches and pains are also commonly experienced as some of the benefits of massage. That’s gotta be better than a face mask 💆🏽‍♀️🛀💅🏽

A lovely review from a client earlier this week ✨ it is amazing what the human hands can do! I like to think that giving a massage is like reading a book with my eyes closed - the sensory input becomes super focussed and my fingertips tells me where and how and gauge the pressure required to manipulate and roll over areas of tension and apply the right intensity. I love doing it, and I’m always so glad when it has this kind of effect on someone 🥰🫶🏼🫠

High time I showed my face again - hello! Apologies for the silence on this page but I think you’ll understand why 😉 we welcomed our first baby at the end of January so life has been a bit different recently. Hello everyone! I’m sorry for the silence on this page recently, I am still here! My job situation has changed so I’m not as available as I have been but I’m still ready and willing to do massages for clients in evenings - do still get in touch if you’re interested! I’ll be keeping this page open to help build up connections and share reviews and aesthetic moments, but practically the business is taking a bit of a back seat for the time being.
