At Prosperity Care & Wellbeing, supporting mental health is a top priority for the people we care for and our staff. 💚

We’re proud of our Mental Health First Aiders, Imogen & Natalie, who give colleagues a safe space to talk, be listened to, and find the right support.

What you'll do:

✅ Design and deliver health & social care training
✅ Lead Positive Behaviour Support & bespoke programmes
✅ Support adults with SEN to achieve accredited qualifications
✅ Ensure compliance with CQC standards
✅ Coach, mentor & assess learning in care settings

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Level 4 L&D qualification (or working towards)
✔️ Experience in face-to-face training delivery
✔️ Strong coordination & strategic thinking skills
✔️ Full UK driving licence

What an incredible result at the GCPA Awards last night.

We were finalists for three awards, The Leadership award, Team of the Year and Support worker of the year!

We won two out of the three and couldn’t be more proud of our team.

This is Andy & Molly 💙

Molly has been Andy’s loyal companion for 10 years, supporting him on his journey to independence.

Andy shared:
🐾 “Molly is important to me because she gives me routine and structure. I always wanted to re-home a dog after working in an animal sanctuary and on Christmas Day 2015, she walked into my life.”

🐾 “She brings me reassurance, affection, and love. Molly provides me with a sense of purpose, and my life is better since she arrived.”

Today, we celebrate the incredible bond between people and animals. The love, comfort, and joy they bring into our lives. 🐶🐱🐰🐦
