With over 20 years’ experience of providing bespoke care and support services, Prosperity Care & Wellbeing can provide a helping hand, what ever that might look like for you. Our dedicated staff team have been selected for their commitment to going over and above and adopting our 8 principles of wellbeing. Our extensive training programme provides staff with the tools and skills to provide a care package which is as unique as the individual they are supporting. We are a fully inclusive service and have supported people from all walks of life and with all kinds of needs, including;

This group is open to everyone, all ages, all abilities! Whether you love singing, acting, dancing or simply love being around creative energy, this is the perfect place to learn, connect, and grow with others who share the same passion.

At Prosperity Care & Wellbeing, we believe that happiness is found in the little moments - a smile from the people we support, a warm cup of tea shared, or a kind word from a caregiver.

Today, we celebrate the joy that happens when compassion meets care. Whether it's helping someone feel safe at home, lending a listening ear, or simply sharing a laugh, happiness happens every day in our work, and we love being part of Happiness Happens Day.

💛 Join us in spreading a little extra joy today. Call a loved one, share a smile, or do something kind for someone else. After all, happiness is contagious!

We LOVE our Music Jam Session but we need YOUR help to keep these sessions going 🎸🥁🎹🎤

Do you have a musical instrument sitting around collecting dust?
If YES, then now’s the perfect time to give it a second life!

We're looking for DONATIONS of MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS to help bring people together through the joy of music, no experience necessary, just passion and rhythm!

🎺 Any donation is welcome with open arms:
Guitars, ukuleles, keyboards, Drums, percussion instruments, Microphones, amps, stands
ANY instrument that can bring sound to life!

Every donated instrument helps someone connect, express, and jam with others. Whether you're a musician, music lover, or just want to support your community, this is your chance to make a real impact. 🎵
