Dear mums:
Taking 20 minutes for yoga isn't selfish. It's essential. 💙
I know the guilt. I know the "I should be doing the washing, cooking the tea, listening to my child read Biff and Chip, etc, etc
But here's what happens when you consistently move your body:
💙You have more energy for your family
💙You handle stress better
💙You model self-care for your children ( and we know they need it)
💙You prevent the burnout that leaves you running on empty
💙 Reduction in aches and pains
You can't care for everyone else if your back hurts every time you move, or if you're shattered by lunchtime.
Movement is medicine. Rest is productive. Your wellbeing matters.
What's one small thing you can do for your body this week? Even 5 minutes counts.
