Dear mums:

Taking 20 minutes for yoga isn't selfish. It's essential. 💙

I know the guilt. I know the "I should be doing the washing, cooking the tea, listening to my child read Biff and Chip, etc, etc

A busy professional mum came to me last year. Her story was common:

Daily headaches, worse as the day goes on, taking painkillers to help her function.
Tightness in the neck, shoulders and jaw
