Wow — I’m absolutely blown away by the number of bookings we’ve received for our upcoming term! Our midwives who teach in our classes weren’t kidding when they said September was a busy month at the hospital delivering all the babies conceived last Christmas 😆❤️

Thank you so much for your bookings — we cannot wait to welcome you and for you to experience the magic of Mama & Me.

We’ve created the most magical festive sessions for you and your little one this season – from luxury baby spa experiences to serene family classes filled with sparkle, bonding, and joy.

But be quick – with over 120 mums and families already interested and only 10 spaces per class, we expect these sessions to sell out FAST.

✨ If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that back in August 2025 we began our house extension — not only to create our dream home, but also to build a purpose-designed studio for my small business ✨

This beautiful space will host all your favourite Mama & Me classes:
💧 Baby spa experiences
💆 Baby massage, yoga & reflexology (5-week terms)
🌙 Infant sleep support workshops
…and so much more!

My vision has always been to create a true postnatal haven for mums and babies ❤️

But as the project came to life, I realised we could go one step further…

🌌 Introducing: The Mama & Me Sensory Studio 🌌
A magical space filled with fibre optics, lights, and sensory play, designed for babies and toddlers to explore in a calm, spa-like setting. The studio will open in early 2026.

Here’s what’s coming:
✨ Private Sensory Hire – book by the hour with your friends, catch up over coffee while your little ones explore our sensory equipment.
✨ Sensory for babies 5-Week Term (9–16 months) – the perfect follow-on from baby massage. Expect songs, sensory exploration, gentle stretches, and magical moments together.
✨ Sensory for Toddlers 5-Week Term (1–2 years)
A calm, mindful way to spend quality time with your toddler, helping them explore, process their big feelings, and strengthen your bond ❤️

We are undecided whether we will get an external sensory group to lead classes in our sensory studio or run it in house, as another magical part of Mama & Me ✨️

Are you a new parent searching for a class you and your partner or loved one can attend together on a weekend?

This is your last chance to book one of the few remaining spaces in our special Family Baby Massage, Yoga & Reflexology classes this weekend!

Escape the cold and enjoy quality bonding time in our tranquil, sensory-rich venue. Our Family Specials allow a second loved one to attend and experience the magic of Mama & Me – a wonderful opportunity for family connection and a chance for new mamas to try our sessions before booking a 5-week term.
Classes taught by our lovely local midwives Lucy & Sara.

Our classes are suitable for babies aged 0- pre crawling.
