Emersons Green is a quiet and relaxed residential area based in South Gloucestershire, with all of your daily needs just a stone’s throw away. Surrounded by landscaped and mature trees with occasional modern sculptures, Edward Jenner Court will be located in a beautiful and affluent area, creating an ideal place for your retirement. Edward Jenner Court has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a café/bistro and hair salon for use by the community. There is also a residents’ lounge and communal gardens for residents and their guests to enjoy. Shared ownership**
There are 20 apartments available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25% to a maximum of 75%. By basing costs on each individual's financial circumstances, this makes it an option for all. Rental**
