Did you know Monday is named after the moon?
The Roman Goddess Luna was the divine embodiment of the moon and in Norse mythology Máni, from who’s name we get the old Norse word for Monday, Mánadagr, was the brother of Sól and personified the moon, driving her through the sky

The moon reminds us of the ebbs and flows of life, the creating of new, and the leaving of old

I have a challenge for you this Monday: think of one thing you want to leave in the past and one thing you want to move forward with, and this week make a conscious effort to do just that

From small acorns grow tall trees so make this Monday one of growth 💚

Hello followers old and new!

Firstly I want to apologise for the lack of updates on my page. As most of you know I’ve been incredibly busy with uni, work and life over the last few months. The winter has always been a time to take stock, review and reflect, but now the sun has returned and spring is starting, it’s a time for moving forward 🌸

A great deal of you have requested I start doing a development group and workshops on various different things that I do so watch this space!
