We had a visit from Music for Memories this week to adjust some of our residents headsets. During this visit Linda showed us their fabulous new portable speaker - which Chris fell in love with and convinced her to let him use!

The portable speakers provide residents the same benefit of having a personal playlist, but it takes out any sensory issues some individuals may find with headsets - and also allows it to become a group activity with multiple individuals listening to the same music.

Extra points for the retro look of the speaker, helps residents truly connect with it. 🥰

They say variety is the spice of life,and we certainly had plenty of it last week!🌶️✨

Our resident turned into master chefs during our cooking class, though we think the real highlight was the"research" we did during wine and cheese pairing!🍷🍾🧀

To keep things classy, we were treated to a stunning performance by talented violinist- the perfect way to "un-wine" after a busy week.🎻
