GARDENING GROUP UPDATE

Last week the gardening group planted garlic in preparation for the new year

The group has now closed for the winter (however will meet as and when required to plant / sow seeds)
With this being said they plan to reopen in March 2026 and would love to see some new faces

Yesterday we had the opportunity to attend The Angel Project Event held at The Night Angel Shop in Gloucester town centre on Clarence walk to hear all about the fantastic service they provide including there new safe haven and refuge which is operational night and day

This fab team work closely with the emergency services and local night time economy venues to support individuals who may require support.

The Angels can often be seen out and about in pink hi vis jackets patrolling the town centre

A wonderful service which is very much required and greatly appreciated
