MY PILATES MOVEMENT CHALLENGE IS BACK✨

I have to say, I think this is my favourite edition yet!

All my Pilates Movement Challenges are slightly different, meaning you don’t have to have done my previous ones, and this third edition is centred around Strength & Stretch💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️

SO WHAT IS INCLUDED?

✨28 Day Schedule of Pilates workouts & stretch flows (with 2 active rest days a week)

✨The Pilates workouts will have the option of using light dumbbells (1kg or tins of beans🤣) or bodyweight

✨All videos are pre recorded for you to integrate into your daily routine, all a maximum of 20 minutes, making it even easier to integrate into your lifestyle

✨All exercises have a tiered approach, so you are able to challenge yourself to an intensity that feels right for you, therefore making it suitable for all levels of ability, from beginner, to intermediate and advanced

✨Gain lifetime access to the videos which you will be able to revisit anytime after the challenge is complete making it a great way of seeing the progress and improvements you have made!

✨The challenge commences Monday 4th May✨

You will also have access to a WhatsApp Group creating a wonderful community feel to support, encourage and motivate one another through the challenge🫶🏼

Your Sunday Reminder✨

One of the beautiful lodges we stayed at in India, left a card with this quote on and I resonated with it so much🫶🏼

Now we are into the swing of Spring, energy is beginning to increase, and flowers are beginning to emerge and bloom🌸

This can then be our sign to begin to follow in Natures footsteps, the lighter and longer days allowing us to feel we can do more and feel that little more productive!

So whatever last week held for you, perhaps it didn’t go to plan, or you don’t feel back into your routine after Easter, this is your fresh week to Reset, Restart and Refocus🩷

Every week doesn’t have to be perfect by any stretch of the imagination! However, trying to stay consistent with your workouts, eating mindfully and trying to take some time for you where you can, being patient and trusting the process, I promise, you will get to where you want to be!🫶🏼

Exercise should NOT be centred around the scales!

It’s so easy to get yourself into a cycle of weighing yourself everyday, and/or after training sessions. But, that number is only showing one thing and can be disheartening if there’s limited change!

There are so many more victories that the number on the scales are not showing you:

✨more energy
✨better mood
✨able to do more reps/sets/ weight or improved time for exercises
✨more endurance to do everyday tasks
✨clothes fit more comfortably or looser
✨a passion to want to exercise
✨wanting to fuel your body with cleaner eating

The list can truly go on!

Although, above all else, the most important thing?

Do it for YOU! Your health and your own wellbeing🩷

Name a better way of finishing the final exercise of the evening🥳🤣

Enjoying being in the moment, focusing on the breath, the movement, and for that time, nothing else matters!

This is what it is all about🫶🏼

So on that note, I am taking my own advice and I will be signing off and my out of office is officially on!

I will be removing all socials from my phone whilst I am on holiday, not only to give myself a complete detox from both work and social media, but to allow me to spend quality time with my hubby and be completely present in the moment on the another very exciting trip🐅🇮🇳✨

This is truly why I love what I do🩷

To me though, it isn’t a job. I feel so lucky, grateful and fortunate to work with amazing people, all who have different stories to tell, but usually all have one thing in common…to find the support to be the best versions of themselves again🫶🏼

It truly is a privilege working with each of my clients, seeing them progress and bloom in confidence, strength, determination! There may be a few moans and groans in the process😂 but as I always say, I use that as fuel to get the greatest potential out of them💪🏼✨

So just a huge thank you to all my clients past and present, as well as all participants in my classes for allowing me to have the best job going🩷
