Today’s society has allowed us to create a life of comfort, limiting movement and food being accessible via our phones

But actually, for progress and change to happen, we have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable

This means stepping out of our comfort zones

Pushing ourselves to be that 1% better each time we do something

Now there may be days where this isn’t possible and our bests will look different each day

But by consistently showing up, all those little baby steps add up and that’s where the progress will happen

So don’t limit yourself, celebrate all the small wins and achievements

And most importantly, always strive to be the best version of yourself, because you know what, you deserve it🩷

(A little example - my training has been consistently back on track the last couple of months and today I got a huge win, I had set myself 3 x 6 at 15kgs, but for the final set, I got a PB and 8 reps🤩 just goes to show, don’t underestimate yourself!)

AHHHH EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE…My 28 Day Pilates Movement Challenge is back!

This time with a little hint of spice🌶️✨

I’ve been working so hard behind the scenes creating this challenge again and I’m so excited to be able to share the details with you!!🤩

Starting on Monday 3rd November, it is the PERFECT way to keep your body moving, and most importantly, gifting time for you in the lead up to the busy-ness of Christmas!

28 Day Schedule of Pilates workouts & stretch flows (with 2 active rest days a week). All exercises are tiered, making the challenge suitable for all levels of ability.

I’ve worked really hard to ensure this challenge is different to my first! With different exercises, taking feedback from the first challenge to add some new workouts, PLUS this challenge will also have the option of using a Pilates Ball and Pilates Band (all optional, and I can link examples of these to you if you haven’t got the equipment)

What makes the Pilates Movement Challenge so beneficial is that all videos are pre recorded and range from 15-30 minutes in duration, making it so accessible to fit into your busy lifestyle without having to wait for live workouts.

You do it in your own time!

You receive an email early every Monday morning with the link to every video for the week, so you can plan it into your daily routine hassle free!

You will have access to a WhatsApp Group creating a wonderful community feel to through the challenge🩷 This truly was such a hit from my first challenge. It was wonderful to witness the support of one another, motivating and encouraging each other on a daily basis. It was amazing, so a new group will be created with everyone completing 2.0🫶🏼 (this is optional to join)

Finding that one thing that allows you switch off from the outside world, from the noise in your mind, now that’s priceless✨

Taking time for your self each week, each day, to move, breathe and re-connect with your body and your mind is one of the best forms of self care we can gift ourselves🫶🏼

Pilates is the one thing I truly find makes me switch off, to concentrate only on myself just for that hour, and be completely present in the moment🩷

Welcome to the grid, my nutty lemon granola🫶🏼

Omg I kid you not, this is probably one of my favourite creations, all from what I should say was a failed flapjack attempt many moons ago, but oh my, I have adapted and shaped it to be the best granola!

Full of nuts, seeds, oats, little bursts of juiciness from raisins, and a lemon zing, it truly is a fabulous topper for your yoghurt or smoothie bowls🤤

Your Sunday Reminder✨

“It’s okay to take a break. You don’t have to be “on” all the time. Rest isn’t giving up, it’s recharging. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is absolutely nothing. You’re human, not a machine🩷” - Unknown

As a society, we are on the go 24/7, and often we don’t stop and we just keep going until we end up having to stop because our bodies are burnt out and tired (also something I am very aware of for myself too and certainly working on too!)

So this is your little reminder to say be kind to yourself! It’s okay to pause, it’s okay to take it slower and that the “off” button can be used when we can🫶🏼
