We are

We are looking for a Service Manager (aka Deputy Care Manager), for Chosen Care Supported Living, in Gloucester - part of National Care Group.

We offer excellent pay of up to £29,000 per annum- depending on experience, as well as a £300 bonus*- for a limited time only!

Chosen Care provide support to adults with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities, and other complex needs. We focus on individualized packages of support, to enable people to reach and sustain their level of independence. We achieve this through community inclusion and partnership, as well as working closely with community teams.

Our Ideal Candidate would have:
Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
Experience in leading, supervising, and motivating a team
Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

GREAT NEWS | Chosen Care Supported Living win Care Team of the Year 😍

Massive Congratulations to the Supported Living Team at Chosen Care in Gloucestershire led by Service Manager, Kolawole, and Senior Support Worker, Abiodun, on their win at the Great British Care Awards South West finals on Saturday night 👏

Kola, Abi, Ebi, Akeem, Yusuf, Olufemi, Hurbert, Ade, Mohammad, Oludare and Marie were nominated by Registered Manager Kathy Howitt for their major progress with a person they support and their all-round passion and dedication to their roles.

Well done to the Chosen Care Team who will now go through to the national finals next March! 🙌
