Every funeral is unique and deeply personal, and this is one of the additional services we are able to offer when requested. On this occasion, Lorraine Grindle Mears and Steve Lowe supported the family by recording the names of those who attended, going above and beyond their usual roles.

Families do not always have the opportunity to see everyone who is present on the day, and having a record of those who attended can be a great comfort. It allows them, in quieter moments, to reflect and appreciate the support shown by those who came to pay their respects.

BARRETT
Hector Dennis, of 29 School Road, Dursley, sadly passed away on 2nd January, aged 83 years. He will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 28th January at St James’s Church, Dursley, at 1.00pm, followed by burial at Kingshill Cemetery.
Family flowers only; donations, if desired, for the British Heart Foundation.

As we welcome 2026, we would like to extend our heartfelt wishes for a peaceful, hopeful and bright New Year to our family, friends, colleagues, clients and the wider community.

The past year has been an incredibly difficult one for many, and we wish to take a moment to acknowledge those who have experienced loss. To the families who entrusted us with the care of their loved ones during such an unimaginable and emotional time, we offer our sincere gratitude. It is a privilege to support you, and we thank you for placing your trust in us when it mattered most.
