How does a funeral plan work?
When it’s time to action a funeral plan, the following steps are expected:
At the time of need, loved ones will only need to make one call to our support centre.
Your Dignity Funeral Plan wishes will be shared with our funeral director.
The funeral director will contact your loved ones to discuss the details of your plan.
If your circumstances change, and you wish to update certain details, you can revisit your plan and request changes. Additional charges may apply.

How lovely to be handed a gold star as I was about to take a service today. A lovely family had dropped some off Selim Smith Gloucester , so receiving the delivery on a Friday afternoon outside Gloucester Crematorium made my day.

The same family said to me in an email earlier this week...

"I'm so pleased she decided to get in touch with you and Selim Smith. We’re all so grateful for the care and warmth we received from you all, it was a very easy recommendation to make."

It's all about the teamwork and lovely to know Lorraine, Karen, myself and all the team gave gold star treatment as always!!

A nasty bug has done its best to get me down this week, but I have kept on smiling through and plan to rest and fully recover over the weekend (and eat the chocolate star course!!)
