We are looking for a compassionate and caring support Worker to care for and support individuals with learning disabilities. To encourage individuals to be independent so they can reach their full potential and live their lives to the full. If you’re empathetic, reliable, and have the desire to make an impact, join our brilliant team and make a difference as a Support Worker. We provide full training for our staff and you will be supported to fully integrate and develop in your role.
​Role and Responsibility
Provide general support as part of a care & support team
Assist with household duties & management and this may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, and payment of bills.
Provide personal care and person-centered support to individuals within their own homes and support them to be part of the community they live in.
To support or administer medication
Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
Full training, development, and ongoing support will be provided. You will be required to undertake all training provided
To promote independence when supporting individuals within their own homes.
To support Individuals with limited mobility with moving and handling.
To support with household duties
Support with life and social skills
Good written and verbal skills
Personal Attributes
To be passionate about the role
To be caring and trustworthy.
To follow our organisation's values and beliefs.
To be always reliable and punctual.
To be willing to attend training and to learn new skills and progress within the role.​
All positions will be subject to satisfactory DBS and references.
You must have the right to work in the UK
