✨ Celebrating Our Team! ✨

Carer of the Month:

A huge congratulations to Leah, our November Carer of the Month!
Leah joined us at the beginning of 2025 and, over the months, her confidence has really flourished. She is a true asset to the team. Recently, Leah stepped into a mentorship role through our mentorship programme and will soon begin developing her skills in training, an exciting step forward for her career.
This month, she was proudly voted for by staff, clients and families. Well done, Leah! 💛

Congratulations to Michelle

Michelle has successfully completed her Level 2 NVQ. Completing this qualification alongside full-time work is a true achievement, and we are proud of her dedication and commitment. She is already applying her new knowledge in her role, and we look forward to supporting her as she continues to progress.

Last night we kicked off our December Team Meetings (Round 1!) with something truly special.

We were joined by Tanya, one of the people in the community of Gloucester that we support. Tanya bravely shared her past experiences with previous support services and spoke openly about her journey, her challenges, and the amazing progress she’s making today.

Tanya faced a room full of people, some of which she’d never met before and engaged with confidence, honesty and humour. It turned our usual meeting into something much more meaningful.

We’re incredibly proud of her and grateful for her trust.

Looking forward to Round 2 on Friday when Tanya gets to meet the rest of the team!

Last night the Clean On Me Limited and Lean On Me teams came together for an early Christmas celebration — and what a night it was! 🎄✨

With December being such a busy month for both teams, we kicked off the festivities early with a Drag & Burlesque show that brought laughter, sparkle, and unforgettable memories.

We didn’t capture many shareable photos, but we did get this brilliant video — and it says it all. 💃✨

Here’s to teamwork, joy, and celebrating the people who make everything possible. ❤️

Last night we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a 50th birthday party for our amazing client, Matt! 🎉

He’s kindly allowed us to share some photos — as long as we let you all know that “you’re all ace!” (his exact words 😄).
