Today I saw my last client, as I am closing my business for the foreseeable future…

⭐️ ON A POSITIVE NOTE… ⭐️
I am not “quitting because I failed!” 😁
I have a successful business, with a lovely team of consultants and more than I can handle of lovely clients too. I am a Gold level consultant and have just achieved level 2 of a company incentive where only 20 consultants reached level 1… meaning out of 6 thousand+ consultants in the UK, I came joint 21st with just 5 others 💪🏼 So going out on a high feels good 🤩

I have been suffering with my Bipolar episodes and now the Menopause too, for months and it’s interfering with my day to day life. My mood is either angry & irritated, (which is most of the time), or crying! None of which are good for me or the people around me! 😔

Stepping back now, is the right thing to do and I am already feeling the weight lifting from my shoulders. I had my website switched off last month to stop the new enquiries and I’ve been introducing my current clients to my team so they can continue to help our lovely slimmers on their weight loss journeys. 😁

I’m having a few days away next week, going down south to visit friends and some R&R. On my return I will be spending more time caring for my poorly Mum… and myself! 🥰

Lastly, THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my business over the past 2 years, I will miss the rewarding elements that being a consultant brings ☺️x

This is exciting 🤩 Received an email informing me I’ve achieved Level 2 of the recent company incentive 🙌🏼 whoop whoop. £800 to spend on whatever I like 🛍

Kids have already started spending it! 😍😂

🌟Looking back at some old photos and still can’t believe I lost 4 stone in just over 4 months! 😃 I wish someone had have told me about the 1:1 Diet years ago 🤩

🍓When you need a sweet treat, reach for our Cherry & Strawberry Smoothie dessert.😋🍒

All you need is:

- One The 1:1 Diet Cherry & Strawberry Smoothie
- 2 tsp The 1:1 Diet Mix a Mousse
- 150 ml water

Method:

-Blend sachet with chilled water and Mix-a-Mousse
-Pour into a serving dish
-Chill for 10-15 minutes and consume immediately

Had a major stock sort out in my dining room/office yesterday 😁 Boxes unpacked, shelves stocked, client orders bagged up and all ready for my new client visit… She was clearly impressed, as her sister text last night to ask if she could come see me too 😃🤩😍

Mina’s story…

“My journey started in 2016, I weighed 16.4 when I started.

I had a 2 year old and a 6month old. Life wasn't great, having not long had another baby and going through a divorce.

I honestly didn't like what I saw when I looked in the mirror. I would get breathless walking up the stairs and running around after my little monsters.

I had done the one2onediet in the past, when there were not as many products as we have now. I contacted a consultant and got started! I can honestly say she changed my life!

She gave me my confidence back. I lost just over 2 stone on plan and maintained till 2021.

After losing my mum, I gained some of my weight back. Grief and sadness was all I had. It was affecting myself and my children. So I decided to snap out of it and get back on plan.
I just needed to feel like me again. So I got back on plan!!
I can honestly say I wouldn't have done it without my consultant.
My weekly visits motivated me and her support and advice helped me enormously!!
I am still working towards my target!!
I loved and believed in this so much that I decided to be a consultant myself! 🤭🥰🙏🌷

10 years ago 😃 and now Jess is an award winning dog groomer running an extremely successful business, so much so, she is fully booked up until 2023! So super, super proud 🤩 ######x
