A little whole food lunchbox inspo Simple, nourishing ingredients — no ultra-processed stuff, just real food that supports our bodies. I use dinner leftovers often, and every Sunday I prep a whole food sweet treat to freeze — no chemicals, artificial sweeteners, or emulsifiers. Just grab, pack, and it’s defrosted by lunchtime. Keep it simple.
