My Story.....
Having just turned 40 I was at my largest and health wise I was told that I was pre diabetic. Having done lots of other diets over the years I was recommended by a friend to try the 1:1 Diet as she had had great results from it. So I gave it ago and straightaway new this was the one for me. The weight-losses were great and I started to feel good about myself. Also having IBS I had found that by sticking to plan I rarely have any flair ups which is great. So having done a few weeks on plan I decided that I wanted to help other people enjoy the 1:1 diet like I do so signed up to be a Consultant. I am absolutely loving it and loving the results my clients are getting. Having been on my own weight loss journey I really do understand the struggles we all go through and this really does help me to help you.
